Underwater Camera System

Description

The Ansti Underwater Colour Camera and Recording Systems are specifically designed to integrate with existing Ansti Test Facilities. The camera is fully water and pressure proof to depths in excess of 100 msw. The system is supplied as a full Turnkey Package, including the special through lid electrical penetration. The price includes installation, pressure testing and commissioning the system and also on-site staff training as required.

The system comprises a compact, high quality CCD colour camera with integral lighting and a bench mounting cabinet housing the camera controller, colour monitor and recording device. For safety reasons, the camera requires only a low voltage supply. It is fitted with a specially designed swivel clamp / bracket mechanism which will allow attachment to any of four support bars within the test vessel providing 3 dimensional movement so that the optimum view of the test can be obtained.

The Standard CC/VCR System combines the high quality CCD camera with a 10” CRT colour monitor and a 6 head VHS compatible Video Cassette Recorder. The equipment is housed for protection in a small bench mounted rack cabinet.

The Advanced CC/DVR System combines the same high quality CCD camera with an 11.3” TFT LCD colour monitor and Digital 8 Recorder. This system allows the full potential of digital technology to be exploited (when using a suitably equipped PC) to download images / videos for inclusion in reports, e-mails etc.
